I don't understand "cycling through" . . . This sounds weird . . . are you using a computer? Or trying to do it from some other device?

...ignoring the rampant paranoia about Google and Internet Explorer, but it might (!) be worth trying one of the other internet browsers and seeing if the problem goes away... :o))

I've switched to using Firefox and have no problems uploading now
